We follow the instructions of the parties to the transaction and can coordinate key tasks such as depositing and disbursing funds; processing and coordinating the flow of documents and funds; keep the parties apprised of the status of the escrow process; handling matters with lenders; coordinating the closing of transactions and execution of documents; recording real estate documents with the county clerk; and preparing a final statement reconciling the funds received and disbursed in the transaction.
